Organic Black Eyed Pea

Organic Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe : 

Ingredients: 

200gm of Black Eyed pea 
1 tomato 
4 celery stalks 
1 carrot 
1 cucumber 




Soak the black eyed peas into a bowl for about 2 hours. 
Then boil them for about 15mins or till they are soft. 

Chop the tomato, celery small into chunks 
Shred the carrots and cucumbers. 

Mix the boiled peas and vegetables into a mixing bowl. 
Add salt to taste. 

You may mix with your favorite salad sauce.

 You can juice wheatgrass with other fruits with grapes, oranges or carrots.

 1) 30mls of freshly squeezed wheatgrass juice is the same as taking the nutritional value to 1kg of leafy green vegetables

 2) Wheatgrass contains over 90 minerals, including high concentrations of the most alkaline minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium
